Job Title: Warehouse Operations Manager

Salary Range: $80K-100K
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Warehouse Operations Manager to oversee and optimize our warehouse operations. This individual will be responsible for managing all aspects of warehouse logistics, including inventory control, shipping and receiving, staff supervision, safety compliance, and continuous improvement initiatives. The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership skills, operational expertise, and a proactive mindset to ensure efficient, accurate, and timely warehouse functions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, order fulfillment, inventory management, and shipping.
- Work with Inventory Control Specialist to ensure inventory accuracy through cycle counts, audits, and reconciliation of discrepancies.
- Implement and enforce safety procedures and company policies to maintain a safe and compliant work environment.
- Optimize warehouse layout and processes for maximum efficiency and space utilization.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and report on operational metrics regularly to senior management.
- Work with inbound and outbound logistic specialists to ensure efficient product flow through the warehouse and meet customer expectations.
- Collaborate with procurement, customer service, transportation, and other departments to maintain efficient and streamline operations.
- Identify areas for continuous improvement and lead process improvement initiatives.
- Oversee use and maintenance of warehouse equipment, including forklifts, pallet jacks, and WMS systems.
- Lead and manage warehouse staff, including hiring, training, scheduling, performance evaluations, and team development.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in warehouse management or logistics operations, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
- Proven experience with warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory control software. NetSuite would be a plus
- Strong leadership, team-building, and people management skills.
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
- Knowledge of OSHA and other safety regulations and practices a plus
- Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking skills.
- Forklift certification is required.
- Bilingual skills a plus (Spanish)
Working Conditions:
- This role involves working in a warehouse environment with occasional office duties.
- May require extended hours or weekend work during peak periods.
- Requires the ability to lift up to 50 lbs and operate warehouse machinery safely.
